MC Use Policies

We are so incredibly excited for the MC to be a place for our church family to use. We have worked diligently to create a welcoming environment that is available for use. In order to be able to continue to allow flexible use of the MC, the policies for using the MC are below. Please read through them and submit the request form at the bottom of the page.

Access

  • You will access the space by using your smart phone and an app called Brivo. If this is your first time using the MC, once you have requested use of the space, be on the look out for an email from Brivo and make sure to activate it once you receive it as the invite is only good for a few days. As long as you attend Ridgeline, please keep this Brivo on your phone as your access will be activated to coincide with your requested use.

  • The door locks once you are in so you will need to open the door for anyone attending your event. The door locks are released by either motion near the door or pushing the green button. If you are in a situation where you would not want anyone else permitted entry, we recommend using the mechanical thumb locks on the doors to ensure the motion sensor does not unlock the door for anyone.

  • You will be responsible to both disarm the alarm upon arrival and arm the alarm as you leave. Since you access the MC on the Brivo app and your access is logged, we use a universal alarm code that will change a few times per year. The current alarm code is 2-0-4-6. The alarm panel is to the left of the entry doors (when inside and looking at the doors) and there are operating instructions next to the alarm panel. You have 60 seconds to disarm upon entry and 60 seconds to exit once you have armed it.

Use

  • Folding tables & chairs are available for use but should be wiped down and returned to the found location. To avoid possible damage to the furniture/walls, with the exception of a very minor move inside the room already located, do not move any furniture from any room or move furniture upstairs or downstairs.

  • Unless you have been told otherwise, and food or beverage found at the MC should be left alone so that is it around for its intended purpose.

  • If food is served, please empty any garbage where food trash has been discarded by tying the bag shut and placing it in the green garbage can in the warehouse. All food must be kept on the first floor.

  • All supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, broom, dustpan, etc…) are kept in the closet under the stairs. Access keys are hanging on a wall in the closet. If you use the last of anything or notice we are low on anything, please send an email to supplies@ridgeline.church.

  • A stick vacuum is hanging on the wall in the supply room upstairs for any light messes.

  • For music, there is a Bose speaker on the bar area. You can connect to this speaker via bluetooth, Airplay, or direct with cable behind it. The cable has headphone jack, lightning jack, & USB C. The MC sound system is not available for use.

  • The TV is equipped with an Apple TV (the remote affixed with magnet to the back of the TV—please return it there once done using it). You can use this for a display via Airplay. You are also welcome to login to any app using your personal credentials (please logout once finished). Please do not make any purchases on the Apple TV. Once you are done please turn the TV off by holding the button on the Apple TV remote that looks like a TV screen and choosing Sleep.

  • More than anything ensure the MC is left in better condition than it was found.
